Yusuf is overall leader of the Employee Strategy & Insights Team at Vistaprint. As Employee Experience Leader & Strategist, his goal is to help transform Vistaprint into a place that inspires and supports their teams to deliver their best work to each other and to their customers. His team focuses on gathering evidence-based feedback and leveraging people’s insights and data to shape and improve their employee experience.
