Sylvia Taudien is German and has been living in Barcelona for +30 years. She speaks fluently German, English, Spanish and French. She studied a Dual Bachelor of Economics in Germany and a Master in Marketing in ESADE. She is an Executive Coach certified in Germany and a certified Retirement Coach by CPI (USA).
In 2017 Sylvia assisted at the Executive Program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
Sylvia has a solid background in Marketing and Management in multinationals with +20 years in International HR Consulting. In 2003 she founded Advantage Consultores.
Advantage Consultores is an international HR Consultancy with a team of 15 multilingual consultants specialized on international Headhunting, Newplacement (Career Transition Coaching) and Executive Coaching especially for German speaking companies or companies expanding on international level. Advantage Consultores is CPI partner for Spain and Portugal.
In 2014 she founded the company Indigital Advantage, a Headhunting firm for digital profiles.
Since 2014 she organizes the International HR Conference Barcelona, one of the most disruptive HR Conferences on a global level.
