Marta has developed her career in human resources within Telefónica, taking on different executive roles as HR Director for Telefónica R&D, Telefónica Soluciones and Telefónica B2B respectively. She also worked for 02 in London, leading strategic talent and diversity projects. Before joining Telefónica Marta worked for McKinsey & Company.

She recently completed the Singularity University Executive Program, the MIT Innovation Program, the Talent Strategy Program at Stanford and the Digital Transformation Program at ISDI as well as receiving the ExO certificate in 2018.

She received the Digital Talent Award 2016 from Accenture and El Economista
