Isaac Vitini is, since April 2018, ING Spain’s HR Director. During this time he has been key in terms of Agile Transformation and employee engagement; always focusing on both the strategic vision and the business needs.

Isaac has worked in Human Resources for more than 17 years and he has broad experience in different markets. After his first years as a consultor, he spent 6 years working in the telecommunications sector. He then joined the Training and Development team at Coca Cola in 2006. During his period at Coca Cola as Business Partner, he contributed to deeply and successfully transforming the Marketing area. In 2015 he was appointed Global Director, Marketing Transformation at Coca Cola’s headquarters in Atlanta, USA.
